Dear Sales Manager :

On December 29, 2010, my family is planning to go to HuaHin, I would like to reserve a sea view family room at a lowest possible rate for 4 nights 5 days from December 29, 2010. I enclose one thousand baht check.

We wil need a room for five peopl, 2 bedrooms and 1 small living room. I would like room on the first floor because I am bringing my 80 year old grandmother. Can you provide baby food for 2 year old if possible. I would like to know the facilities that you will provide us.

I would appreciate the answer by December 11, 2010, so I can prepare for everything.
