Dear Reservation Manager:

I was going through the internet and came across your website. I would like you to know that I am looking for a place to stay during my five day holiday with my family. I went through your website and the facilities you provide, and I must say, I am quite impressed and likely will be staying in your resort. I have a few enquires and requirements though, that I have attached it to the enclosures.

Since I will be traveling with my family it would be really nice if you could find me a place with the view of the beach and the sea at the lowest price you can offer. Please be informed that my grandmother and my 2 year old son will be accompanying me. So, I would like you to send me information if you have a safe playground in the garden for my grandmother and my son to play so they can both enjoy. It would be really helpful if you could get me a room with a living room for a family time too.

I would really appreciate if you could reply promptly so that I could make my decision as soon as possible. It would also help if you could send me the details of the facilities that your resort provides.
