Dear reservation manager:

I was researching and browsing through the internet for a place to stay for a week in. I came along your resort and it really caught my attention because of the facilities that you have in your resort and it looks like a really nice place to stay and relax during Christmas.

I was wondering if it is possible to have a room with three beds and has a view of the open sea. I will be coming with my wife and my two kids so it would be nice if we also had a good place to stay with each other maybe like a game room or a big living room. I would also want to know until how long is your gym and basketball court open because I have work during the morning so I am mostly free during the evening.

It would really help me to have your reply within the next few days so that I can decide on my choices, it would also be good if you can send information like parties that we can attend in your resort to further enjoy the holiday.
